Cheryl Ipiales and Skin Rehab Lab Named #1 Med Spa and #1 Laser for 2026 as Brand Expands Nationally, Launches Education Academy and Prepares for International 2027 Speaking Engagement
LAS VEGAS, NV — August 2026 — Skin Rehab Lab, founded by internationally award-winning paramedical tattoo artist Cheryl Ipiales, has once again been voted Gold — #1 in both the Med Spa and Laser categories in the FOX5 Las Vegas Viewer’s Choice Awards, marking the second consecutive year the Las Vegas community has recognized Skin Rehab Lab with top honors.
The back-to-back recognition comes during a milestone year of growth for Ipiales and Skin Rehab Lab, including national expansion, the launch of Skin Rehab Lab Academy, and an invitation for Ipiales to speak before an international audience of plastic surgeons and aesthetic medical professionals in 2027.

Skin Rehab Lab specializes in paramedical tattooing and restorative scar services, including scar revision and camouflage, stretch mark revision and camouflage, and 3D areola realism for breast cancer survivors and patients following breast surgery.
Ipiales’ path into restorative artistry is deeply personal, shaped in part by her own experience with facial scarring and the loss of her mother to breast cancer at just 49 years old. Today, her work serves clients whose scars tell stories of cancer, surgery, accidents, weight loss, childbirth, trauma and major life transformations.
In 2026, Ipiales also launched Skin Rehab Lab Academy, an educational platform created to share her specialized knowledge and techniques with professionals interested in the growing field of paramedical and restorative tattoo artistry.
Her work will reach an even broader international professional audience in 2027, when Ipiales is scheduled to take the stage as an invited speaker at the 2027 ASBM convention, presenting on paramedical tattooing before a global community of plastic surgeons and medical professionals representing approximately 60 countries.
The invitation represents another significant step in Ipiales’ mission to increase awareness of paramedical tattooing and its role in the continuum of care for patients following plastic, reconstructive and other surgical procedures.
Ipiales is also an international award-winning paramedical tattoo artist, earning 1st Place in Paramedical Areola Realism at The Skin Games, further establishing her work within the restorative tattoo industry.
Skin Rehab Lab has continued to expand beyond its Las Vegas roots, with services now extending to Hermosa Beach, California, and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, allowing Ipiales to work alongside the aesthetic and plastic surgery communities while serving clients traveling from across the country.
